This balance board is the result of a collaboration between MTL Balance Board and les Canadiens de Montréal. MTL Balance Board is a Quebec-based company whose vision is to help people move in a unique and fun way, through quality products made by local people from 100% recycled wood.

The set consists of a highly resistant Baltic birch board (Length: 66 cm x Width: 30 cm), and a lightweight cylindrical tube (Diameter: 10 cm x Length: 36 cm). This hand-built and assembled unit weighs less than 3kg and can support up to 180kg (400lbs.). These features make our Balance Board environmentally friendly, exceptionally durable and easy to transport anywhere.

This product is an excellent training complement for field hockey players of all levels. Its use develops and improves the stabilizing muscles of the abdominal belt and lower body stabilizers in an effective and ¨Challenging¨ way.
