Love this t-shirt. It's soft, definitely a thicker fabric so the quality is there. I wouldn't really say it's that oversized. I find it a typical unisex style fit. Size up if you want that true oversized look. Or stay true to size if you want the unisex fit. I went with small I'm typically between a small/medium in tops but more small. The sleeves are more fitted and the body slightly loose.
